All Wellness offerings hosted at Culture of Safety are open to the public and open to beginners. They are run independently of other Culture of Safety programming and are taught by experienced teachers from our local community.



Weekly classes
Meditation classes in the samatha tradition (Sundays 10am).
This class is currently open to beginners and newcomers on a drop-in basis. All classes are free of charge. Online registration is required. No experience needed!
Tai Chi classes (Sundays 9am ongoing, Mondays 7pm ongoing starting 9/22)
This class is open to all levels–including beginners–on a drop-in basis. The Sunday class meets weekly ongoing. The Monday class starts Sept 22nd and will continue weekly. Suggest donation of $15 per class. Register online!
Session-based classes
QiGong Fall Session – October 19-Dec 21st (Sundays 4pm)
This class is open to all levels–including beginners–and is offered weekly for 2 months in the Fall. Per class rates or session packages are available. Online registration required!
